sitting on an armchair thinking "then why don't i go to the province and buy veggies?"

    ok go

    ilabas ang sasakyan sa driveway

1/4 tank nalang... daan muna gas station....... hmmm...............

"hmmm... masyado mataas... di mabebenta 'to"

    "baka mabulok lang malugi ako"

    "wag nalang"

    = walang gulay sa NCR

    = farmer tapon gulay

all day supermarket 417 pesos yung coffeemate sugar free, sa makati supermarket 376 pesos lang...

Evia used to be our go to place especially for coffee dahil sa CBTL and also maluwag parking nung under construction pa, maluwag pa parking at hindi matao.

Now they removed CBTL and put up 4 coffee shops all owned by Coffee Project. Coffee Project, Coffee Project Black, Dear Joe and Bread Basket. All are more expensive that Starbucks and CBTL. Now it's a hassle to go to Evia on weekends.

Maybe that's the secret, price your coffee high so discourage those who only have a few bucks to spend and hang out all day. They get the upper class willing to pay for "exclusivity" and they earn the same as the other coffee shops as they are priced higher, probably more, if they don't pay their staff as high like the others.

Look at All home, napakamahal dyan if you compare it to wilcon and other home depot's, yet I see a lot of classy people there.

lumalabas walang diversity kasi iisa may-ari. Dahil walang competition they can overprice tapos inferior products.

Sobrang competition in the middle of ncr. Namamaximize ko kwarta dito.

Kaya kayo mga taga south wag kayo papagulang. You pay top money tapos pang mooomoog yung kape. That is one expensive listerine hahaha!!!!

Kaya tawag ko sa southern people of ncr mga TIIS-GANDA. Look at glorietta waley na. Kasi eventually aayaw mga tao dahil ginagagoh kayo jan.

Para makaganti kayo wag nyo tangkilikin. Paramdam nyo bulok producto nila.

    fafi,

Nung opem pa channel2 nilalangaw ang all home. Pati yung coffee experience kawawa. Ngayon pandemic naging museum hahaha!!!

Ang wilcon ang pinupuntahan dito sa trueQC.

Subukan ni villar magtayo mall dito trueQC lets say quezon avenue tapos price it pasosy higher.

Mga taga trueQC we are no-nonsense.

Apparently there's a libreng sakay promo going on sa mga puvs (pati daw lrt and mrt). So i'm wondering what agency is subsidizing this program and is this connected w/ the ridiculous lines of people waiting for a ride kasi konti na daw namamasada.
