    Was that a strong earthquake? Sobrang lakas I felt like the room moved! (hollow kasi yung baba e) Saw the frames shaking and even the TV! WTF!

    Nasa South yung epicenter eh. Hanggang sa Maynila nagsasabi na malakas. Kahit mga kilala ko ssa dasma Cavite. Pero dito sa Bacoor parang hindi malakas. I feel left out. [emoji23]

    Pang ilang earthquake ko na to na hindi nararamdaman.

    Talking about insurance - I already paid for [all] our vehicles' insurance policy premiums last week...

    Real estate taxes in November to avail of the discounts.

    Property insurance premiums would be start of next year...

    Life insurance premiums round the year....

    For real property tax they make it much earlier this year? because last year in December we paid in advance supposedly to be paid in January.

    Bakit sobrang mahal na ng PF ng doctors kung kelan pa teleconsult. Isn't it supposed to be cheaper kasi hindi naman face to face? They don't get to BP or auscultate the patient nga. Mas mataas pa sa PF pre pandemic

    Yes, maybe because they have no intention to increase it next year as it is an election year. And yes the discounts are there, it's not significant actually since they haven't included the improvements yet. Just convenient for now.

    I have read in covid fb page that there's this app that you need to download and just pay a minimal fee then you can have unlimited consultation. More efficient and cost effective this way rather than paying per visit.

    might i inquire,
    what is your doctor charging whereabouts for the teleconsult?
    what is the pre-covid cost of such similar face-to-face-in-the-airconditioned-room-complete-with-nurse consult?
