Yup, gagawin ko pa lang. Medyo mahaba haba yun. Reply ko muna lahat ng well wishes sakin Sana yung ibang tsikoteers who had covid can share their experience and notes din

Helpful din Tsikot kaya ako nag start mag take ng D3 and Zinc since I learned from it here last year ata? Talaga palang doctors prescribe it sa mga positive (along with Vit C and VCO)

Thank God you are OK. Yeah, please do some followups. Make sure your system is back to its prime condition.

Some of people I know, after nagka covid, gaya ng sinabi ng isang member dito, something's off daw. Parang sort of Yung long covid thing? It's something to watch out for Lang. But we're all glad you're back!

Sinusumpa ko na yung palengke at yung fish vendor na walang mask, I am 90% sure I got it from him!

I think it's true re long covid. I noticed when I raise my voice nauubo ako saka ang bilis ko nga mapagod (not sure if it's because 3 weeks ako na nakahiga lang) Pero mild yung lingering symptoms ko compared to my Paulinian friend na until now may shortness of breath and high pulse rate (nasa 100+ resting niya) Yung Mom niya na severe covid, bed bound pa rin and needs oxygen every now and then. They caught covid early August

Thank you! I think one reason why my case became moderate from mild was because my Mom started showing symptoms and that really stressed me out. On the day that we decided to have her swabbed was the day my o2 fell to 92/91. Added stress pa I don't have Dr Cutie anymore to help with my anxiety and 2 of our family friends that help us when it comes to medical issues have both passed away recently My doctors were expecting na mild case lang ako kasi the first 5 days were easy on me (I was still posting at the board nga)

it would be interesting to investigate and determine if that particular 'culprit' also came down with symptomatic covid...

Thank you YES SA PALENGKE! Once a month lang kasi ako lumalabas and I log it sa calendar ko. I was out for 1 hr and 5 mins that day! I think dun sa nagtitinda ng isda, kasi minsan it takes more than a minute for me to process na wala palang mask kausap ko LOL! It was too late for me to take it back so lumayo na lang ako MORE THAN 6 FEET! Kasi I go to the wet market around 3 pm when most stores are closed and very few people. Nagka lapit lang kami nung inabot sakin isda so that was a few seconds na arms length.

BTW, yung Mom ng Paulinian friend ko sa Palengke din nakuha (severe covid ng August) So since everyone at home was positive, yung sister ng friend ko ang nag palengke, and guess what? Nag positive na last week! I thought since open air naman at double mask ako I will be protected pero hindi pala. Masyado potent ang delta. Happiness ko pa naman mag palengke kasi ang mura saka ang daming choices Pati yung all around namin ang lakas mag soda kaya I buy sa palengke yung dose dosena hahaha!
We have given up on going to the wet market for 10 years now & may have been a good move. Matao. We shifted to supermarkets(Rustans, Landmark, shopwise & Robinsons formerly, with Savemore the worst). Now, its only S&R. Meat is cheaper than the super but bigger cuts. But since we do our grocery monthly anyway, we save a lot.

Not only the lungs but the heart as well. One of the known effects off covid, to my knowledge is Myocarditis. Whether it is permanent or not, may depend on the individual. So, it might br also wise to check with your Cardio too.

I'm curious, if you do your grocery monthly how do you keep your vegetables fresh? That's the reason we do our grocery every week. Kung pwede sana once every 2 weeks or even monthly.

For vegetables & eggs, those are as needed. Right outside our village gate, a small row of stalls were set up to cater to our village & other residents outside every weekend. They sell eggs, veggies bread & others. No meat or fish kasi makalat na yun.

    in our neighborhood,
small stalls have sprouted on our already-narrow roads.
veggies, fruit, eggs, some dry goods, and meat and fish in the mornings.
sumikip na naman ang eskinitas namin.

I suppose doc asymptomatic siya e nakakapag tinda pa siya sa palengke Unless he was feeling feverish already that day?

I never buy meat at the wet market. I only go there for fish, fruits and veggies. I have mga suki for years already and they give me a good price and produce and freebies for my fat lab (eg overripe fruits) Hindi naman madumi sa wet market where I go saka I only go pag patay na oras when most stalls are closed and very few people. So I guess I won't be seeing my sukis until the pandemic is over

Na trauma na akong lumabas. I was talking to my Mom a while ago about it na ayoko ng lumabas EVER.

Since I go out once a month para mag mercury, I drop by na rin sa wet market at grocery, pero the rest of the month I order online. Grocery I do online (Metro mart or Waltermart)

Polar opposites kami ng Mom ko. Kung ako neurotic, siya super chill LOL. Malakas loob ng Mom ko, ako mahina. Mataas threshold niya sa pain, ako mababa.

Pero yes gumana ang sinovac, I just needed help with strong meds.

I don't notice the changes yet since I isolated until Friday pero when I cleaned my room ang bilis ko napagod at parang lalagnatin ako ulit. Naiyak nga ko out of frustration (yes iyakin ako :P) Pansin ko rin may mga pagkain na bitter ang taste ko

Dont you worry, you’ll be fine… stop crying nah… starting now since its your 3rd life, practice the thing your mom is doing… natakot ako baka hindi ko abotin edad ng mom if you’ll continue that way… you have to see your apos soon… [emoji4]

Sana merong helpline/hotline where we can call or chat man lang para sa mga taong nag susuffer ng c19 anxiety…malaki tulong siguro sa mga ordinary na tao na need ng professional help or somebody who are trained to handle discussion such as you are experiencing right now para mapabilis ang pag cope nila sa everyday life…

Apo na? Wala pa nga anak. Sarap siguro ng may mine me! hahaha!

Alam mo kung sino pa ang malakas? Yung 94 year old Lola ko (Mama ng Daddy ko) She is really sharp pa and could walk on her own (no cane or wheel chair) She only uses wheel chair pag mag malling at malayong lakaran and at 94 nakaka pag inspect pa yan sa bukid! That's where she needs her cane kasi hindi even ang terrain. What is more impressive is she has 2 sisters, both alive! Sana abutin ng Mom and second Mom ko that age na malakas pa

Good thing marami ako support system at nagabot yung pagkaka covid namin ng friends and family ko so we share notes and tips.
