It was not the verbal abuse and the hitting that I was talking about though, I don't think anyone not named minicarph or kags has doubt on that.
It was the janitress barring the trans from using the female toilet in the first place that showed her being uneducated, which to me was not entirely her fault. She's among the masa, the Tulfo crowd, no way she would know from her peers that the LGBTQ has their rights up there, especially in a supposedly jeje place like Farmer's Plaza.

My opinion only.
That's why I mentioned Angie King. Sure she won't go to farmer's but she looks like a regular transgender and it's possible for her to experience this if not from a janitress, from a homophobic. If that happens I can't imagine that she'll take it sitting down.

Gretchen is not a typical bakla sa kanto. She's a human resource director tapos alam niya yung QC ordinance. She seems to me like a person who refuses to be mistreated. Taking the video is like her way to stand up for herself.
