Yup, totoo yan, feeling nila that they're the superior among Asians, kaya ganun sila umasta.

Mga sapatos sa China mahal, kasi mataas ang standard of living and they can afford kahit ang presyo mahal, di pa ako nakapunta sa Nike Lab but I'm sure it's expensive.

Don’t have a defeatist attitude. Life is not fair. Just think how lucky you are compared to the vast majority of people in the world, some of whom worry about where their next meal will come from, who live just day to day & whose earnings go to daily necessities while we have bank savings, a nice home.....

Don't know why, dati it's usually ilang days lang and then mawawala na, sabi ng China that someone is funding the rally para magkagulo, they accuse UK or US of meddling.

Parang wala lang, they don't care, but I read one time may nag comment sabi PLA should control the streets na, if PLA control the city, malaking gulo na.

Hong Kong used to be governed by Britain (Macau by Portugal). They considered themselves elite. They hate China & the Chinese people. They knew rule will revert back to China but consider themselves apart from China. China pretty much left them alone to govern themselves. But, with this happening, what will stop China from taking full control? Wala naman silang military like Taiwan. Pretty much game over.

I have no sympathies for Hong Kong. They look down on Filipinos, thinking we are a nation of domestic helpers.

i know all that bro. pretty much given na iyan. but the question for me remains, why attempt to secede only now?

kung sabagay, it doesn't really affect me but i know several peeps working in financial institutions over there kaya minsan nakikibalita din ako sa kanila.

it's in our best interest to support HK parang Sokor kaya Hindi dapat mapayagan pumunta ang Chinese national guard to march inside HK . It creates division in China kung meron mag malapit sa beach na sang bansa.

kung tuusin Korea, Intsik din naman mga yan. kaya nga yan Nokor puppet buffer ng China yan, the existence of Sokor allows the US to place a base sa Chinese continent diba so sana ganun din sa HK

I think the protesters are pro China, and the HK police are anti-China. parang yung nangyari sa Ukraine recently, kunwari Russia is for the protesters pero and gusto nila talaga I-annex and buong Ukraine again

Kasi ngayon lang talaga na-threaten ang freedom ng HK people

Dahil sa extradition bill, there's now a full realization that HK people are now within reach of the long arm of Beijing

    Di lang daw extradition yan

Pati assets pwede mafreeze or maconfiscate

Kaya madami rich HK people nag transfer ng pera abroad

Nag spike daw ang inquiries for Canada / UK property

    Same thinking here bro.

Also, if something "bad" happens in the Philippines, you can bet that it's in their headlines almost immediately....

Putting us down in the face of the world...

    These are our neighbors...😂😝

actually, HK folks are scared when a particularly bad typhoon hits us.
    because they know "they're next".
    heh heh.

    seriously,
even minor news can be big news, if it knocks at the neighbors' or relatives' doors.
