    Is 5-6 pautang bad?

Considering hindi naman 20% talaga yung interest per month, more like 20-25% per year.
Small businesses pinapautang for their revolving fund
Definitely not usury since they are not planning to take in people who they think will not be able to pay.

For me it will havr an issue in human dignity. Interest can diminish the human person to a thing to be manipulated for money... just my own opinion because i dont practice 5-6 kahit matagal magbayad yung suking friend...

Makes sense bro. What interest rate is favourable for both parties then?

Aside from small businesses, they also plan to lend people who have this "i got to have the latest gadget, shoes, and etc." mentality.

Not yet bro. I'll check their website.

Nalungkot kasi ako sa interest sa bangko kahit na TD with preferred rates.

I only earned 1.5 last quarter and 1.2% after tax. And the bank charges how much for a loan? Around 12 to 15% p.a. 🤣

Not really bro, just exploring other options.

I just checked home credit and the interest rates are absurd.

It can range from 28 to a whopping 56% p.a.

Nahh.. sorry bruh... hehe... againts ako sa utang talaga... instead of teaching those people to learn to save first before buying, creditors are doing the other way around... talagang mababaon sila sa utang plus without savings...

mas maganda yung idea na take their money for capital of your small businesses then give them their profit for them to buy what they want...

See the kappa club as example pero make it legit and legal... hehehe... goodluck bruh!

Thank you for the advice bro.

I don't really plan to get into pautang business. I am just exploring other income channels kasi ang liit ng interest sa bank. 🤣

    True bro.

Although hindi naman talaga for profit si SSS and GSIS, they have operating expenses to cover din like banks.

Banks naman, they earn money by lending naman especially overnight lending.

And I'm like, edi ba may interest yun? When I asked another colleague about it and explanation sakin, hmmm, parang the pros outweighs the cons (sa dividend mo napupunta. Obviously di ko pa din gets). Lumalaki din daw ang pwede mo utangin as you keep on borrowing.

Once pa lang ako nakapagloan from both and that time I needed the extra funds talaga.

    depende sa risk tolerance mo

kung takot ka sa losses the safest is govt bonds

for higher return than govt bonds doon ka sa corporate bonds

kung stocks mag open ka trading account sa isang broker

kung ayaw mo mag trade/stock picking ilagay mo sa equity fund sila na bahala
