Well, technically its a body building trick before a show, it will not work if youre fat, 2-3days before a show, one limits his water intake, distilled lang, no salt, tapos epsom bath at sauna, to remove the water sa middle ng skin and muscle for a grainy look, tapos night before the contest, they will carb up, it will force carbo "hydrates" sa mga vains...for that vasular look, again it wont work if my layer of fat...kaya may misconception na pumayat sila becoz of the sauna..which boxers/mma fighters do to make weight, tapos carb up again before a fight
