I experienced that in my teens, pag sa phone pa lang wala ng chemistry, I don't bother meeting up anymore. Of course you meet other people sa bar, parties, interschool events, even in traffic, pero meron instances that a friend or relative will give your number first.

When we were in our teens to early twenties, my cousins were quite fond of doing this. Pero sila, as soon as the phone conversation/intro is over, sasabihin "O, puntahan na natin?"

We knew how each other looked like coz of fb and by the time we met, we super liked each other na. First date namin was perfect, 8 hours kami magkasama (wholesome activities). Kaso di rin nagwork kasi naconfuse ako. All this time, I pictured someone in my head and whenever I was with him hinanahap ko sa kanya yung tao na yun, pero ibang tao yung kasama ko. Turned out okay na din pala kasi DDS siya ngayon. Haha.

It’s hard talaga to be on that situation... but those things will help you grow as individual kasi mas lalo nakikilala mo yung sarili mo... on the part of the guy, mas mapagtibay din nya yung sarili niya in next relationship..
