nakwento ko nga dito, may utang sa amin ni gf. post ba naman ng blessed with a mid end laptop, nun nag pm si gf to share blessing pasensya na daw.
recently lang na promote naman pero iba company na at travel ng travel di man lang magbayad eh 15k lang naman utang sakin.

I checked the nissan Terra earlier and parang type ko din, gastos nanaman.

I'll think about it for couple of months. Parang sa CRV. If pag nasa daan lagi kong hinahanap yun Terra baka kailangan na rin bumili. [emoji23]

been observing it for quite some time, then siguro mga 2 or 3 times mag nagpassby na LC200, so parang in a way na compare ko na parang pareho tindig nila, malaki ang terra.

i think it's value for money for that size of a car that as at par sa size ng LC200 at random glances. eh kasi lang naman tayo talaga tumingin sa surroundings, glance lang then our brains will process na ah magsinlaki ang Terra saka LC200, pero x3 ang presyo ng Lc200, so value for money ang Terra talaga

so kung ako sayo bumile ka na, bago pa malaman ng lahat ng underpriced yan Terra na yan

pero ako Montero facelift lang talaga ang wish ko, kasi most of time 2 lang naman kami sa car

Asked for a receipt and a med cert, the secretary asked for another 200 pesos payment for the med cert.

Why extra fee for that? Hindi ko na lang kinuwestiyon. Mukhang normal ata na may fee for issuance of medical certification.

Na experience ko na yan before, asked for a receipt tumaas bigla yung amount since it will be taxable na daw.

No doc, yung 200 for the med cert talaga, una ko hiningi yun med cert, then nung sinabi na may bayad tsaka na ako humingi na din ng resibo.

Some doctors really charges daw, I can understand naman if yun lang ang sinadya ko sa clinic.

well, the medical certificate is a legal document of sorts. it also means, the physician has to exert himself to produce it. hence the additional fee.
but then again, there's no clear policy on this. i know of physicians who give medical certificates for free, as long as the patient is the physician's.
