Rock bottom na nga kami Hindi lang nilagay sa cubicle, tinanggal pa yung Managing Director namin Yung mga heads namin sobrang lean na, dami tinanggal.

Malabo ako ma redundant. My local VP told me she flagged me as critical. Key man risk nga daw ako.

But I feel bad for the company kasi inabutan ko glory days. This job lets me buy what I want and take care of my second Mom and fat lab. Masakit din makita at ma experience pag bagsak niya.

Time to go west..

I'm surprised that the topic of lowering the children's criminal liability never came up.

Personally I think 9 years old is too young to be held criminally liable. 12 yrs old siguro dapat.

Thanks. I'm thankful everyday to work for this company and to have great bosses (words aren't enough) So many tenured employees (10 yrs+) leaving. Last man standing nga ko sa barkada namin.

Baka hinde pa nila na comprehend yun ginagawa nila eh pwedeng makapatay. For them, it's just pranks.

Reason nabasa ko kasi daw ginagamit ng mga syndicate mga bata. But regardless if baba an yun age, hinde pa rin naman makakatangi yun mga bata sa iuutos ng mga sindikato.

But not the minor who has no discernment. Science has proven that age 16 nga hindi pa fully developed brains ng tao and even at age 21 eh not yet "matured" and isip ng tao. Kaya nga dati 21 yrs old and age of majority eh.

Don't look at just the surface of the problem, problem is much more deeper. That is the one that should be addressed. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure ika nga.

Kaya tama si shadow, make parents and, somehow, syndicates more responsible para hindi sila pabaya. Kapag may pananagutan ka bilang magulang or guardian, mas magsisipag ka mag-disiplina ng minors.
