You can use Google Photos. It's free and unlimited if you set it to save hi resolution but not original resolution.

Can be.. but the reason i avoid icloud and the same app is being hacked.. at least on my laptop i know its safe and not being used with someone whom i accept there t&c just because i want to free some space on my phone just like google photos... although, they offer unli photo and video upload still it compressed the size as well as the quality...

So for me, otg and back-up using my own laptop is enough..

I checked the car myself preparing for worst because if it was wet with his urine, I will collect my urine and pour it on his trunk. I'm kidding of course.
