Interesting that the PH has the lowest suicide rate at 3.2 per 100,000 in Western Pacific Region. And South Korea and Japan with the highest at 26.9 and 18.5 respectively.

It's possible that data gathering is not so efficient ...

Karamihan naman kasi sa Pinoy eh hirap ng buhay ang laging problema. Bihira sa mga suicide ang dahil mahirap na nag hirap. Usually mayaman na naghirap ang suicide.

Or minsan love life dahilan, eh karamihan ng Pinoy eh laman ng tyan ang mas malaki problema.

If you are already at rock bottom the fall is not that painful.

My first BF was suicidal. Drank Baygon. We were in our teens when he did that. Na ICU sa Cardinal as they pumped out the poison, nung nalipat sa regular room, ako nagbantay. Reason was napagalitan ng Dad niya. Every time I tried to break up with him he would threaten suicide. Tagal ko rin na trap because of that.

I had a supervisor before, the same age as me, who attempted suicide at least twice. He cut his wrist, you can still see the keloid scar. There were stories na the other attempt daw was binangga niya yung car niya sa likod ng truck. Solo anak, well off, veeeeerry good looking. Reason: they said lovelife. Ngayon okay na siya, into boxing and mma for hobby/fitness[emoji23]. Married with 2 kids.

If I'm ever going to commit suicide I'll do it on top of a small building. I'll put ropes on my feet and piano wires on my neck. The piano wires should be shorter than the ropes so can snap my head off my body half way through the jump. The rope is short enough so that my body would just dangle just before it hits the ground. I would also put some glue on my hands and hold my head.

Now I'll wait for someone to walk by the building before I jump. Halfway the jump my head would snap off but I'll still be holding it, then my hanging upside down body with me me holding my severed head would end up in front of that poor guy. That would probably traumatized him for the rest of his life. [emoji23]
