Ang hirap pa intermittent. Ilang beses na Close repair ticket namin kasi nga pag reset nila at test sa base nila ok na. For a few minutes. I must have filed more than 10 tickets na, all closed without resolution.

    Fibr ba or ordinary dsl?
Dont know if the modem provided to you can read the dbm measurement of the line. It would give you an idea if the line is good or not.

On average, what percentage of a person's income goes to his monthly car payments?

Given the outrageously high number of new cars, it's either people have gotten much wealthier, or people are spending a huge amount of their monthly take-home pay for car payments.

General guideline I've read is that your loans should total 40% of your income. So if you earn 50k/month then you have about 20k/month for loan payments.

But if you spend that all for a car, when do you start investing for a home?

People got richer. Higher take home pays due to train. Sanay na walang ipon so sige, tapon lahat sa kotse without considering the additional costs of owning a car or analyzing the direct effects of train other than their take home increase).

Not everyone is looking to move out of their parents nest though.

7k monthly? That's unheard of years ago. Pero ngayon, kahit new grad na kumikita ng 20k kaya yan.

Kaya. Not necessarily right. Or wise.

Yeah if you think about it, you only need about 80k/month of take-home income to afford the monthly of a 1.9M PPV. It would take up 40% of your income but if you're not paying for a house, should be fine.

Kaya siguro 90,000 PPVs were sold last year. [emoji23]

Dami kasi naaakit sa low down promo. Di well informed sa kung ano pa ang ibang expenses after purchasing. Tambak na tuloy mga warehouses ng banks dahil sa mga di na makabayad.

Canada is not the farthest I've reached on this planet.

    Distance is not a problem.

I’m entitled to get another PPV na pang 4x4 price range. Pero 4x2 lang Plano ko Kunin . Ganun din gawa ko Sa. apple, I never get the 256gB, parati 64GB. Yan ang secret SA loans juts.

Since June pa ako pede Kuha pero you know what, mas May control ako ngaun kasi madam I na ako utang. Ibang tao kasi na grantan lang NG 2M credit line ang bibilin 2.3M na car, bahala na si Batman , since I only got MUx last year. May 500k pa ako credit line. Plus ganun din naman Biigay SA Akin 2M pa din this year

So hayun namimile ako kung Montero or Terra.

fafa CVT house is so easy to achieve these days with HDMF aka PAGIBIG funds. 25 years to pay for 20 somethings at salary of like 35-40k a month. at 10K per month for 25 years. depende sa location, a young couple can get a 3bed room house in the outskirts like Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal.

ang importante get the car that can withstand traveling from CBD to these places, eh PPV lang ang kaya nun. that can last 10-15 years.

so better get your PPVs now. at least two sana para malay nyo umabot ng 20 years bawat isa say a montero or a mux combo, or a fort + terra combo.

that's the smartest thing to do right now
