Great idea. That's good for a 93 year old Doctor is already retired and only sees patients on special cases kasi.

if the fee is waived or discounted, no gift is necessary, either. the doctor really does not expect one. but a small token is fine, and it need not approximate the moneys involved.
food is nice and practical. if the doctor can not make use of it himself, he can (and does!) share it among his office folks and other acquaintances.

doctors may not remember who paid in full.
but they remember the giver of that delicious apple pie.
Oh I always bring a gift for doctor and secretary, whether or not the PF is waived And then for Christmas I give a nice gift for doctors that don't charge PF (usually perfume)

I think one of the nice things about being a doctor is the ton of gifts from patients I saw a nephro once and ALL his patients brought nice gifts. I never went back to that doctor because I could NOT bear the 4 hrs waiting time.

I think I will be forced to use my small car more often now. A full tank on an FXT (50L) would be around 3k nowadays.

    Me too.

Gamit ng medyo masmatipid na sasakyan.

Malaki din yun 1.5 to 2 km/l na extra natakbo

    OT:
    Naalala ko lang.
May manual City 1.3 iDsi kami dati. Sobrang tipid. ~17km/L ang FC.
Ngayon with our AT 2.5 diesel vehicle, ~13km/L.
    Same route.

Edit: manual Vios 1.3 gave us ~15km/L. But feels more responsive than the City

Good decision on my end to have diesels for the two cars... but im really tempted to change the Tucson (someone offered to buy it from me) with a Golf GTS while there's still some stock. Just a question of if im willing to shell out additional PPP or not.

GTS na yan! Very good combo of a pickup and a station wagon methinks. You only really lose a bit of ground clearance but you gain so much refinement from a Tucson to a Golf.
