normally, when soft tissue is bugbog-ed from the outside, it is pushed downward, softening the blow, and the tissue damage.
but in your instance, your soft tissue is caught between two damaging surfaces: the fat lab outside, and the hard bone inside. in effect, doble ang bugbog sa kanya. and when it swells, the bone underneath makes the bulge more noticeable.
