Tooth extraction - dull throbbing pain.

Wisdom tooth extraction stings more than it is dull. But overall, I wouldn't worry about it.

Swimming less impact on the knees, downside is compared to running na you can do it anywhere, when it comes to cardio, it depends on how long you can maintain your target heart rate...btw stairclimber ang favorite ko, i can do 400 cal in 1hr at slow/medium pace only..

Wow. Not bad. 400 cal in 1 hour.

I am starting to build my cardio strength pa lang. Kaya 1 50m lap pa lang, im already out of breath.

And swimming is waaaay harder than running.

I suppose the extra weight can only improve my stamina.

I normally assemble my own bikes. You know, pick a nice strong/light frame and design a bike around it. This one was courtesy of the wife. Now I know why the price is so low. Oh well. The frame itself feels very durable. I'll replace the other parts with better ones as wear and tear takes its toll.

I still intend to procure a road bike in the future. That one I will assemble properly for lightness and durability.
