I was thinking if i should join our company's investment fund.

May monthly hulog tapos alam ko nasa 10% interest p.a. Not bad na no?

Btw, i already have a VUL insurance. May life and investment side, and i also have investment in the stock market. Saan pa kaya pwedeng mag invest?

The uphills are tiring when riding a bike (unlike walking). Then, I realized my current mountain bike weighed 47 lbs while my old 10-speed road bike weight a little over half that.

I'll stick with it. Most of the time, I bike to admire the scenery. It's just those uphills. I wish they were on the way out instead of on the way home. I rather suffer first and then relax.

    47 lbs.....

No mention of the women in his life? Personally, women should also know how to please a man and that means learning some "skills" and not just lie down like a slab of cement.

Make sure it is legal and control/oversight is in place. 10% return is quite good so I am assuming your company is subsidizing the funds. Mind sharing the details bro? Is it being managed by an external party?

    Sure bro.

It is internally managed by our company. They use the money for loans ng mga workers. And yes, it is 100% legal since declared lahat sa government.

That's surprisingly heavy. My mountain bike weighs 25 lbs and it isn't even high end yet.

I could already feel the difference between my 25-lb bike and my old 28-lb bike before. Lightening up your bike will make those uphills much much easier.

Sounds like a coop. That would be good for the employees assuming you have competent board of directors and the cooperative is registered with NATCO. Dividends and patronage refund should be attractive if managed well. Just make sure those loans are collateralized or with a co-maker as the first challenge would be attrition after the members have taken out loans.
