I really like Pangalusian. But the beach sand cant compare wkmith Boracay's. Though the snorkling is first rate...saw a couple of fat black tip sharks.

Both boracay and amanpulo have multi-kilometer long stretches of white sand. But in amanpulo you really feel like the island is all to yourself. You only really see other guests in the dining areas/sports activity areas. When you're in your casita/villa and beach front you hardly see anyone.

So amanpulo has the same type of sand with boracay? Or its better because it's really exclusive?

Entalula Island is exclusive for Lagen, Miniloc, and Pangulasian resort guests. As what EQ said, Pangulasian has a good beach of its own though not the fine white sand of Boracay. Entalula's sand is similar to Pangulasian.

It could go from $1500 to $2000 (even much more for the villas) per night depending on the season. This does not include airfare yet.

It has the same white talcum powder sand as boracay had. Boracay's is kinda getting yellow/brown now in some parts (station 3 and 2). Amanpulo is pristine white and like soft powder.

I like Miniloc for the Jack fish feeding in the morning bro. A little scary swimming with them at first but what an experience.

Do they still allow inter-island access within El Nido resorts? Back when it wasn't Ayala owned island hopping from Lagen, Pangulasian and Miniloc was possible.

5 can fit in a casita. Thats what i use when i go there with my family. Not as modern as Pangalusian (i love the room and gigantic bathrooms in Pangalusian) but every bit as luxurious. Am sure more can fit in the more expensive villas.

Yep, it can get a bit hairy on your first swim with those 5-foot jackfish (Talakitok). It is even better after the break water. There is a lot more fish out there to see. Though still not as diverse as those you can see in Dimalucad (Helicopter) Island.

Yes, you can still avail of inter-island access between the three resorts for an additional fee for Miniloc/Lagen guests. If you stay at Pangulasian, I think you have free access to Miniloc and Lagen. There is another Ayala resort in El Nido; Apulit is far off from the three.

Amanpulo is definitely better than bora. Mas mahal din naman talaga. hehehe

The beach is just pristine and all natural. Privacy and service is what makes it so expensive.

Apulit is not part of El Nido na kasi, Municipality of Taytay na siya. It was previously called Club Noah.

Oo nga eh, out of the way sya. Apulit is an option among the Ayala resorts within the area.

Yeah a cold beer sounds good !

Make no mistake. El nido is breathtaking above and below the waterline. I love that place. So ancient and primeval.

And its much more accessible than Amanpulo. But if you have the dough... do Amanpulo even once in your life. You will now know what a 6 star experience is.

Nice to know they still maintained inter-island access. For longer stays you'll have a lot more to do (and see). Rates are much higher than before Ayala's takeover though. I'd like to come back for the kids to see the turtle hatchlings' release when they're a bit bigger.

El Nido will always be special to me. Got engaged there. I hope the resorts there stay the way they are forever.

If lumalabas na sa 2600, then that means nasa database na nila. So more likely good na yang registration mo last 2014.

I'm wondering what our popular car magasine editors drive as their daily?

Or the cars in their garage.
