    any fluid that blocks their breathing apparatus (spiracles), will kill them.
    even strong perla soap solutions can do that.
    the saponifying or detergent abilities of soaps and detergents, makes it difficult for the insect to get rid of it. in effect, "they choke on it".
    ordinary water, in small amounts, insects just shrug it off.

    but cockroaches don't die when they eat solid soap. puro kagat yung saking bar soap, nandiyan pa rin yung ipises.

    But it will be a bigger disaster as the opposite traffic is also heavy....

    Passed by the same gate, going out this time, a few minutes earlier, and traffic is already building up because of similar *ssholes...
