many companies adjust their shifting schedules, so as employees can go home during still-safe hours.

I am starting to believe it. I just got off a call with them including our bosses in HQ. Pinagalitan ba naman yung VP namin sa HQ. OMG! He is not supportive of them and does not attend their meetings. They also told him not to schedule calls during their busy days. My jaw literally dropped at what I was hearing. While all that was happening, I sent a chat to my boss, and my boss said "Unbelievable, embarrassing"

I'm opposite because I can't say no to my boss. And I live to serve my boss (at least in the office )
Ang kwento naman sakin ni bro, it's quite common to see Indians working as security, since they are known to be honest and trustworthy.

i had a very bad working experience with indians when i worked in the mideast. sila kasi madalas mga nasa HR and madalas umaargabyado sa mga kapwa OFW, ibang nationals at mismong kapwa nila. although some become good friends but no more mideast to me except during transits sa dubai o doha

They are competitive, and loud. So pag may pinagtatalunan yan sa tabi mo dinig hanggang next floor 🤣. And of course the smell, if you enter an elevator without a ventilation with Indian inside, get out! 🤣

It's a big news today sa US ang death ng net neutrality. Basically I SP in US can now block or throttle websites as they see fit. You can just imagine how ISP can now monetize the bandwidth.

I wonder though if our NTC have this power? To stop PLDT/smart and globe from throttling and blocking websites?

I have a couple of inaanak. If their parents knew that I don't have a religion and don't celebrate Christmas, would they still expect an aguinaldo?

Hindi naman lahat ginagawang ninong for financial or material reasons. Yung iba, lawyer, doctor, engineer, etc. ^_^ Personally, I choose those who could act as 2nd parents worse comes to worst, and could give proper advice if needed regardless of the religion.

That's true. My brother's Ninong (husband of my Dad's sister) took care of the bond for my brother's schooling. Hindi rin siya nagkukulang sa guidance and was always involved in my brother's life. He was a really good man, my Uncle.
