    eh diba eto puntahan nun araw yun mga 80s drama movies nila eddie garcia, lorna tolentino, amy austria, alam moreno. i'm not that old yet pero it seems rich people that time owned at least one rest house dyan sa Puerto Azul na yan

    beach properties are never really a good investment, why because it corrodes and deteroriates a lot coz of salt water. ang the best investment eh farm / mountain lands. why coz you can camp, cook, even take your SUVs in the outdoors , tapos ma-te-train mo pa anak mo and bonding pa kayo and you can prepare your son for the future jungle in life. kung puro ipad and xbox sa bahay



    tapos if youre not their on the weekend pwede mo lagyan ng greenhouse and bed farming and let somebody manage it, plant carrots or lettuce, na you can harvest every once a month.





    I think that's more productive and educational and green living. I heard Tanay is becoming a hot zone for these types of activities. 1 becuase it just one hour away from Manila, 2 walang expensive toll fees. and you get to enjoy one of our great mountains : Sierra Madre. im currently looking into a deal na meron 2000 square meters at 500 per square or 1 Million lang. i dont need a vast land, just enough for me to have a weekend getway that i can call my own destination, na simple farming or SUV RVing like what Outdoor Greenhills Club is selling.




    beach house, punta ka na lang sa time share sa bohol or sa bora. tapos tataba ka lang kakahilata sa bench. eh sa small farm lots, you can harness your agricultural skills na lahat naman tayo meron coz nasa DNA naman natin eto coz our ancestors were all hunter gatherer farmers.

    I think that satisfies the self-actualization (reflection) in Maslow's Theory of needs. commune with nature that nurtured you and bred you

    Bakit hindi naman nagbago height and weight ko sa DL. Last time I had my height and weight checked at LTO e tumangkad at bumigat ako Di na ata pinaltan since 16 yrs old ako

    Sino ba samin ang magulong kausap? Kasi naman bakit puro shortcuts mag text. Muntik tuloy hindi ma deliver item ko. Akala ko kasi tinatanong kung nakuha ko na item (some sellers follow up because I need to.acknowledge the delivery before the payment is transferred to them)
