11 years ago and 10 years ago, I made a backpacking trip to Japan like a hippie.

I want to do it again. But, the wife said no. "Oh, sure. Leave me at home with all the work."

The festival at Lake Towada still stands out. Great food. Great (autumn) scenery. Great people.

Last month was the last payment for our car. It's under the name of my wife. I know we need to process from the bank to LTO. But we don't have time yet para asikasuhin to. May time limit ba or may masama mangyari pag di kagad na process ito?

Ang kukunin lang naman eh ung original CR di ba? Do we need to process anything kung yung OR and CR are both under my wife's name na?

Naka encumber pa yan bro ang CR? As i remember kailangan mo ata pa clear yan sa registry of deeds and meron ka pa Notatrize na docs, from where the unit was registered. On our part di namin naasikaso since we bought our unit from my hometown. But i was able to sell my ride just by giving the Release papers from bank. If you dont intend to sell it i think no actions necessary.

Yung problem ng pinas sa mosquitoes eh hindi talaga malulunasan ng chemical fumigation.... It worsen pa nga naging resistant na.....

Kasi people living in the bush eh controlled naman mga insecto nila..... Its all because of the lowly frogs..... Its nature controlling nature...

Why not we study and take advantage kaysa itrato pest mga yan...... Hinahanap ko nga kung ano bansa yung nagbebreed ng type ng lamok para gamitin sa organic farming. Its better daw than bulate. (pero ok pa din earthworms kaya wag nyo papatayin pag may nakita kayo sa lupa nyo)

Tapos takot mga parents pag laruin mga bata sa lupa...... Pero walang takot paglaruin at higa-higa pa si baby sa carpet na ini-sprayhan ng chemical water repellant or kung ano man treated na chemical yan.....

Dito dapat maging balance ang government and intervene na we need more open space na hindi cemented.... Let the soil breathe and diversity live.....

Ok Lang bro kung me encumbered naka lagay sa cr. Importante kuha mo Lang orig cr sa bank. Bigyan ka clearance/cancellation encumbered. Padala mo nalang sa nearest bank Yung mga docs para d ka na punta sa main Nila.
Pag binenta mo yun si 2nd owner nalang mag pa alis ng encumbered.
