we a few units also for lease, maintenance is always an issue, lalo na residencial ones, commercial ones are easier to maintain, look into warehouses. they seem to be a good investement also.

Ending is 2 It just crossed my mind to get a mirage. I used to have a small coding car and I miss driving a small vehicle.

I can't believe that my Altis is 7 and I've had no repairs whatsoever since I bought it in 2010. I just claimed warranty on the AC but now it's working perfect. Aside from the PMS, I only spent on a new set of Michelin tires when it turned 5 and Amaron battery when it turned 3. Also body repair for when my fat lab chewed the bumper, maliliit na tama pinapagawa ko din.

Same experience with 4 different Altises. A-pillar rattle is the only thing that has gone wrong and it's a very easy fix.
