I'm trying a new diet, it's eating only twice a day. I have no problem with hunger or energy. I can survive it. The problem is the craving for something to eat even if I'm not hungry. Gusto lang ngumata ng bibig ko.

    ^Dieticians recommend small frequent meals.

Have biscuits or fruits during the craving.

they know the reason. but for some, to me, in-excuseable reason, they can't seem to do anything about it!

but it could be worse... traffic in the... toilets!
is it because, it's not a money-generating enterprise?

Realistically....how can any immigration officer survive on 14k gross? Kawawa naman. And it has a waterfall effect to the taxpaying travellers. Theres a travel tax and airport fee we pay for. Just to suffer?????

^ yep, that's why they're either resigning en masse, or filing their terminal leave.

It's BI's call how they want ro handle this...either continue the OT scheme, or put in more shifts...bottom line, the public( a good portion of which are OFWs who are keeping PH afloat) should not suffer.

Hindi kasi ayusin ang batas, to be fair kulang talaga sa tao. Para competitive with the private sectors.

In government you just can't hire employees dahil may DBM approval ang items.

Ending mag hire ng contractuals / project based. Eh operations yan, never ending yan.

No OT pay kasi nga bawal din. Beyond working hours, wala ka benepisyo kasi nga hindi ka regular tapos lampas sa prescribed working hours ang trabaho.

Like sa operations samin, management is forcing the operations to follow/increase turn around time, drastically tumaas ang volume ng work.

Manpower and resources did not increased, paano naman yun?

Nirequire mag OT / 24 hour shifting.
    Weekend work.

And yes no OT pay, but they will give you offsetting (you can take an off from work pero hindi bawas leave mo).

Which is really a failure, you require people to work overtime to meet quotas tapos you will let them take an off sa work, ending is task will pile up that will incur to backlogs.

OT ulit then offset then OT then offset.

Kawawa yung mga natirang immigration officers. Sila na sumalo ng trabaho, sila pa ngayon ang mapuputukan dahil mabagal ang service.

Can't wait for the OFWs dugago supporters to be subjected to long lines, delays, miss flights because of this hassle in the airport. Lol
