When you think about it...club memberships are the worst sort of investment. The share you buy doesn't give you any dividends and the appreciation of share value is almost non-existent unless the club developer adds to the amenities or facilities of the club. You'd also be required to pay monthly dues along with a host of other seasonal charges. You'll have better utility with a van, assuming you bought it in cash.

I don't think so. It's my boss hahaha! He also said before he is happy when he makes me laugh (he does have great sense of humour) I'm just touched that my boss can sense when I am not my normal self. And when he does he will ask me if I have a problem or if anything is wrong and try to make me laugh. Maybe he sees me like a daughter since he teases me na I am like a kindergarten. haha.

Been eyeing these mags since last year. Told myself that if the seller lowers the price and if I have funds at that time I'll get them na.

A few hours ago: mags reposted with a lower selling price. A few days ago: my raket money came in. Both conditions are met. I think it's time. hahaha.
