hahaha! I NEVER eat asparagus for that reason. I'm conscious when it comes to smell. One time naduwal nga ko kasi I came in right after another girl and her pee smelled so bad. May mga babae naman na ang bango ng cubicle pag labas. Probably does what my mom does (sprays cologne after using the bathroom) hehe

One of my lady managers approached me and asked my opinion on the best small car for aP600k budget as their coding car. They have a couple of rides and unfortunately, their two-year old got the same number ending as their first one.

I was initially convincing her to get an Innova for flexibility, but she was insistent on her budget.

Then i asked her what's the penalty for a coding violation. She told me P500. So i told her that worst case, in a year she will be spending about P25k for coding penalty.

And that her insurance will be approx P20k and her depreciation, about P60k ina year plus maintenance and parking space in their place.

So it makes sense to pay only the coding penalty. It's not going to be an upfront cost vs buying a new car (cash daw niya bibilhin) but more importantly, less cost for their family...

She went out of our discussion happy and decided.... 😉

When you think about it...club memberships are the worst sort of investment. The share you buy doesn't give you any dividends and the appreciation of share value is almost non-existent unless the club developer adds to the amenities or facilities of the club. You'd also be required to pay monthly dues along with a host of other seasonal charges. You'll have better utility with a van, assuming you bought it in cash.
