bakit may roofrack and ibang sasakyan? e.g., yung for sale, lalo na auv.

you need a broker, to legally transfer the ownership to the buyer.
you can contact one such broker, and (s)he can do the advertising.
or you can advertise it yourself, in the internet pages. but you will still need a broker to do the paperwork.

The market for pre owned condos is difficult right now. Been trying to sell mine the past 3 years. Remember you are competing with newer condos coming into the market and that developers offer attractive payment terms. Whereas, owners of condos looking to dispose will likely only sell for cash.

From what I know, the roof rack should be "registered" as such in the vehicle's CR. otherwise, it's a violation of you put stuff there to carry. A lot of traffic enforcers were making money off of this for years.

I know. Got victimized by this stupid regulation. It reduces the roof rack to a useless aesthetic appendage. When I asked LTO, they charge something like P200 to register it.
