One expensive lesson I learned about progressives is you have to get the widest vision sideways and from a reputable shop, nag promo kasi ang The Optical Shop ng progressive using photochromic (i don't know the exact term but it was like that) Carl-Zeiss lens.
Sir, the reason why they ask the age is because they can base the grade for reading glasses on the age. Usually, you'll need reading glasses at age 40 and grade would be around +100 to 150. Then it goes higher after a few years.
Progressives aren't for everyone but there's only one way to find out, have them made and try them out. If you don't get dizzy, good for you [emoji51]

Ive been using progressive+transition for 5 years now. Started using it when I turned 45. Need sometime to get used to it but if you wear it often, it will grow on you in a couple of days. First challenge is when going down a flight of stairs as the depth changes. Once you have adjusted, you will appreciate the benefits. No more taking off of glasses and you can tilt your head depending on the viewing distance since the transition of the focal length is very smooth, unlike the bifocal which has a fixed length.

I hope my boss will like the report I prepared. He did not ask for it but I think he might need it![]()
if you want wide sideways reading vision, get the executive lens.
buong lower segment ng lens ay for reading.
mabigat.. halatang halata.. but hey! executive ini!
then, there is the floating half-moon. the reading lens is floating above the lower edge of the lens, affording long distance vision at the lowermost part of the lens, so you can see your toes. heh heh..
some opticals can adjust just where the reading lens is.. higher.. lower.. just tell them your needs. but talk to your eye doctor also.

Normal kaya tumahimik engine, after replacing a 12-13k km spark plug?
Adding eg. Accountant John before the first name of an accountant sounds peculiar mas bagay parin yung Engr. and doc
Bakit kaya ang hilig magpost ng mga pictures sa FB then lahat naka filter na..

I had cx500s which lasted me for three years. The cable broke down and I looked for someone to do the recabling. Too bad, the guy I entrusted them with didn't call me back. So much for being reputable in an internet forum.
BTT, came across an old acquaintance today and we ended up talking about cars. Still can't take his word that the fortuner's turbo costs 120k and injectors cost 30k each to replace lol. Hopefully these things can be outsourced outside the casa.
