I miss cycling, my very very well covered 6pack is bulging again.. have to do 40km muna this time, pag medyo ginanahan will go for 80k.

How are the roads over there? When I visited my cousin in northern Japan near Hachinohe, I tried cycling with his 10-speed. A car missed me by inches because the residential streets were so narrow....almost like a glorified alley. I stuck to walking.

biking here alone sa roads is near suicide its ok it youre more than 2, mtb is kinda safe at least if you crash, its soil/mud not pavement...ive been to the ER due to a bike accident, pavement face plant..

yess, i miss the times when youre so tired, di mo alam kung pano ka makakauwi...then youll get that 2nd wind, there is a last uphill climb near our house, pag pauwi ako galing tagaytay...that is always hardest mentally...pero i really miss biking, bawal na kasi...

Just aryv from 40k trip .. feeling satisfied.. i remember my first trip here crossing six bridges and my goal was to reach onomichi, Hiroshima.. was happy when i reach my destined place i thought i achieved something.. but when i see this sign on the road thats when I realized I was just halfway coz i have to go back..


T'was a good ride today, become a good samaritan on the road, one japs cyclist had a flat tire halfway in one of the island and only can br accessed by bikes, had to help him.. that completed my day..

It was great when I biked there. If you can picture Naga Road as dirt and then cement surrounded by nothing except fields, it was pretty much deserted which made it ideal for cycling. The same applied to BF International. The streets (and drainage system) were already laid out. But, there weren't any houses yet. Wide open and breezy. Very nice for cycling.

Now? One look at Google maps and......forget it. Too crowded to bike.

It just so happened that in our Place Ehime is japans no.1cycling spot, highways all the way to Hiroshima side are painted with sky blue about half to 1mtr. to the extreme side(cycling lane)you also have the option to use the side walk which is much wider, bridges have own cycling lane kaya very safe..

Do you really expect God listen to your prayers kung ganun ang mga sumasamba sa Kanya?

If you think about it, nagrereklamo tayo ang daming walang disiplina sa kalsada. Eh sa harap pa lang na pagsamba sa Diyos eh wala nang disiplina, kalsada pa?
