update: nakasalubong ko sa smoking area. sabi ko bakit di pa siya/sila nag reply sa email ko. sagot lang sakin, bakit ko daw challenge yun existing process. sagot ko ang explain ako dun sa email kung bakit, alam mo naman makakatulong. kita sa mata and body language na 100% agree sya. hulaan mo kung ano lumabas sa bibig nya bro ^_^

Nobody really knows how much time we have left on his world...and it does no good to obsess over it.


You're still alive, you're in your 30s, you can still do something about your health. Focus on that ;)

My old aunt has had high blood pressure since her early 20's, still quite active until she died in her 80's. On the other hand a doctor friend of my brother, fit as a fiddle, runs marathons...dead at 42.


Life is fickle...but it can be fickle to your favor. Do your best to keep the odds that way. ^_^

High blood pressure by itself isn't too bad although still a concern. But, being out of breath after climbing just a few stairs require major changes to one's health habits.

Should I transfer to another department? Our head in Manila said I should train in his department along with other Financial Controllers since I am basically functioning as one, but I refused since I am busy with other tasks for my German boss. He said he will ask me again in October.
