Bro alam nya na yun, pinaliwanag ko nga na ang laki ng call volume namin ngayon at mas effecient pa nga na ganun gawin namin. Mas madami masagot na tawag, mas magiging maigsi ang wait ng customer sa queue, mas tataas ang rate ng masayang customer.

well, it is supposed to be a story line 10 years before cap'n kirk.
so i suppose the ship has raison de etre to look as ancient as tony stark's first iron man suit.
and, if i may be so bold as to go where no man has gone before... it looks like something mr sarao's welders might come up with.

Ugh. I sure hope the STD ship gets changed. Even the NX ship in Star Trek: Enterprise looks great in comparison.

was parked near a mercury drug yesterday when someone approach me for some small change. he say some story that his grandson needed some meds and he dont have enough cash. i grew up in a very giving family so it is very very hard for me to reject him so i gave him some money to purchase some meds.

i closely watch him while he is at mercury drug and notice that he keeps on looking to his shirt pocket. while he was buying meds, i also overheard him buying something else and just a single tablet. so i approach him, look into his pocket and saw some money. ask him what is he up to and why is he buying something that he obviously dont need and its not for kids too. told him he should be ashamed of himself. theres more people behind him who might be in much worst situation and the money i gave him would have help them greatly. told him there is police station nearby and he might need to come with me. he scuttles away without getting the medicine on the counter that he paid for.

this isnt the 1st time i encountered people like him but still believe there are still genuine people out there who genuinely needs help. but yesterday really tested this belief. this is one of the reason why people stop helping altogether. i might just look the other way next time.
