NBA contracts are crazy! Teams are giving out millions to mid tier players and to some that I even need to Google to see who they are.

they don't give you brochures because they think you look "too young" to afford a condo.
Maybe you have the doctor vibe?

But I got brochures before when I was jobless. Maybe working made me look poor or dress lousy. Lol. Honestly I don't dress up anymore

Hail to the Queen. Shocking, yes, but it was really brave to come out as transgender--especially in the car world. Mad props.

    just a guess.
if "bay" in cebu is koya...
"be" must be the bastardized equivalent of ate or big sister.

The way it is used now, it's short for baby.

My friends and I also don't like "sis, gurl, girl". I've had people at work calling me that.

hahaha! That's the new "in" word at work.

It used to be that madam was only used for uptight/strict female superiors in our workplace, but now my team is calling me madam Anyway they are mostly fresh grads so I supposed they call me that because I am much older as I am very far from strict. I would much rather be called madam/miss than sis or gurl at work hahaha.

Some Westerners, and surprisingly, some Asians, think that you can turn any dish "Asian" by mixing in hoisin or oyster sauce, or by sprinkling in some five-spice powder.

    Madness!

It's a trashy way of saying baby. I see it on social media. It originated in the US.

Bae, Urban Dictionary says, is an acronym that stands for "before anyone else," or a shortened version of baby or babe, another word for sweetie

Thanks bae! Ngayon ko lang talaga nanaman yan. You learn something everyday. I really thought it's"baby" na tagalaized kaya naging "bae"

Another thing that I don't follow is everybody calling everybody "ate" or "Kuya".

I have a funny story about this few years back. I think it was in GH and I was looking for something sa isang store or tiange stall probably then meron isang customer na called the saleslady "ate". Then nagtaka ako. I asked the other customer kung kapatid niya yun Tindera. [emoji23]
