It definitely takes a while. The only way to know if a fitness program is working is to record each day's progress.

One legacy of being a veteran is I still do PT. Unlike many people my age, I still fit into my AF service dress uniform. You never know if the local VFW will ask for volunteers to march in a 4th of July parade or Memorial Day activities.

I used to play indoor soccer and full-court basketball until a few years ago. Nowadays, I stick to half-court basketball. I quit soccer altogether. But, I still juggle the ball for fun. The neighborhood kids love it.

I just watch epic food challeges from furious pete on youtube for motivation helps alot

Problem is max of 2 years lang. Company policy. Kelangan bumalik talaga.

Hirap kasi kung pagbalik namin dito walang work si misis. Yung sweldo ko is just 1/3 of her salary today. So yari bills namin. Haha

Hindi naman kami hirap dito kaya hindi ganon ka aggresive to take the risk. Baka mapasama pa pag uwi. Sayang lang yung opportunity and gusto namin pareho mag travel sa europe. Haha.

Isip isip pa..... And they are expecting me there by mid june! Hintay ko pa din yung package na. Maibibigay sa akin.

^It's not that expensive to travel in Europe if you are flexible with flying and accommodation. My Kuya goes to Paris and Italy for shopping (much cheaper than Manila). Yun nga lang he buys promo ticket :bwahaha: It's cheaper to go during winter.

If you are an expat for 2 years, they cannot downgrade your salary again to local rates.

Why can't your wife stay in Manila? She can just visit you.

Nagpalit na din ako alternator after 8 years and 145K KMs.

Mine is 11 yrs in counting & still running fine. Yung battery na nakasalpak ay pangalawa pa lang.
Done changing recently 2 tires and alignment is still perfect. Though mine is gas variant.

G a/t variant bro... total should be 200+k, kasi pinalitan ang instrument cluster panel at 37k odo reading. Tapos wifey is trying to sell before when the clock is saying 78k and our used car dealer friend had done something to take out another 40k on the odo. Final reading is 127+k.

I've been to Europe. It's not my dream to work abroad. I don't like the idea of being away fron my family and fat lab for 2 yrs. But then everyone is saying it is a rare opportunity.

It was my boss who had the idea to bring me there since I keep complaining about my colleague here They are having a hard time justifying with upper management why I have to be there when we are cost cutting and letting go of people here and in HQ.
