Doc, i havent yet felt any pain and discomfort, we have decided on a preemptive stike rather than wait it out.

    yess..
it's always a decision that has to be made.. operate now, or wait until it becomes uncomfortable... there are pros and cons of either choice.
patient and physician should talk about it.

Finally, my father's going to be discharged today. Continue na lang ng meds sa bahay and follow-up checkup on Thursday. He was supposed to return to Davao for a week long vacation here with us but ended to have a staycation in the hospital. Extend tuloy ang vacation nya with the rest of my family. Btw, yes, we got a smaller room a couple of days ago. Thanks for all your inputs. Now, here comes the bill.

Is the Kawai electronic piano at P30k worth it?

How does it really differ to the Technic two level multifunction organ?

A farmer who lived near us died today. He farms the empty lots near us. Heat stroke daw. Nakakaawa lang kung paano sya namatay.

Apparently sinugod sya sa pinaka malapit na ospital, which is private. But the hospital doesnt have the necessary equipment to perform an operation which he needed. So itatakbo sa PGH. Pero di makaalis sa private hospital na yun because apparently he already incurred a 100k hospital bill and cannot leave the hospital until it's paid.

Just thinking about it. A farmer needs to pay 100k to live. They might as well signed the death warrant of the farmer. There's no way the farmer has 100k on hand or in the bank.

In today's setting, kung ano minimum wage earner ka, private hospital is a big no-no. Either hindi la tanggapin dahil wala kang pera or hindi ka makakaalis. So how will a minimum wage earner survive a medical emergency? first dun ka dapat dalhin sa pinakamalapit na PUBlIC clinic, like baranggay clinic. Stabilize then itakbo sa pinakamalapit na PUBlIC hospital. Dalhin mo ang minimum wage earner sa private hospital and you might have just killed him.

This makes me sad. P100 costed the life of a farmer. These are the instances when I hate the government because of our shitty healthcare system.

That's P100k. San hahanapin ng isang magsasaka ng bakanteng lote ang isang daang libo.

    Malaki problem healthcare ng pinas.

    Give you an example.

Bro., since you're telling us that work output and quality are not affected, then I assume that the functional Manager is not complaining.

If that is correct, then that is HR's concern. And, if it is being discussed in the office,- then HR has to talk with the person, as it may affect the employee interrelation/collaboration... Now, if the person is married,- and there is a complain from his/her wife/husband,- then HR has to do a more drastic action. Worse, if the relation is with another employee.

Yup. If it's immoral. Employees represent the company kaya yung gawain ng employee reflects on the employer. Example pag napatunayan na married employee may affair pwede matanggal yun. That's how it works in our company. Although conservative organization kami.

Don't people know that making that V sign with the fingers on the top of the lip symbolizes culliningus. It makes me cringe when I see photos with women and men making that pose I wonder if they know and don't really care

Kung may naka state na clause nyan sa employee code of conduct mo, wala ka magagawa but to comply.

Pogi problem na ganyan kapag ang involved is fellow employee, makikialam talaga hrg.
