many years ago, someone said that there was an ancient law that said, that only those with a legitimate home address, may vote. squatters did not fit into "legitimate home address". i wonder what happened...

Logic is incorrect but in reality they are voters protected by our public servants.

and yess.. the guy tried to explain the logic behind it.. but in truth, i got lost along the way.
seems to me, it was ill-conceived, had no definite use or advantage, and served only to make life more difficult to the owner AND to the lto.
i mean, the second statement appeared to belay the first statement... most cross-eyed example of gobbledygook i ever heard.
if you ask me... 'twould be better if they simply treat the vintage as any other car.. subject to current rules and specifications. but no retroactives, please.

I think its a precursor to a new bill, like in singapore's COE.

i lost hope in the Philippines already with this... the middle class are the true victims... middle class forced to pay tax to operate the government, the government supports poor people who they can easily buy to vote them and in return the govt lives a good luxurious life, the poor people lives also a good but not luxurious one (tambay), but with no employment they cant continue their good life, so they sometimes have nothing to do but to throw rocks at our windshields or steal or side mirrors to receive a commission for them to continue their good life... (worse case smash our windows to steal our belongings inside the vehicle)

I share your sentiments and i used to think like that also, hear me out, i started shunning any negative vibes when i reached middle age, instead i focus on my health and family, what you can do is teach your children to be better human beings, stop thinking bout people who you cant change or refuse to change. Youll just be dissapointed.

I am thinking about going home early today.

Wifey's with our second kid for some school necessities.

And i need to be at the office for a strategically important external audit.

Pwede na daw during weekends & holidays. What they should ban are those smoke belching & dilapidated vehicles rather than generalize. Really stupid heads in LTO.

they said, they were recalling the order, and will study it more.
my translation: "it drew too much flak, pointing out its defects. atras na lang kami.."
i mean, they do not have to come out with new directives to address the purported concerns of that vintage car order. they have to just apply current rules evenly, to all motor vehicles. especially public utility vehicles.

Makakakuha pa ba ng cedula for 6 pesos? Basic lang kelangan ko as requirement for opening a bank account.

I remember kasi dati tinanong pa ako kung magkano income ko. Ibabase yata sa sahod ang tax. Sinabi ko na lang jobless ako.

Are there other ways to check kung wala ba talagang available na mas murang room sa hospital aside from inquiring from the admitting department?
