Just got the job offer from the company that was pirating me. It wasn't quite as good as I expected.

Salary is higher but not by much, and if I count my current cash benefits on top of the basic salary, they even out.

Car benefit isn't as good either, and so is the healthcare coverage and other benefits.

Office is much farther from our house too (1 hour drive instead of 20 minutes).

But, it's a much more exciting industry to be in. Hmmm. Decisions, decisions.
