we are dealing with two governments with two sets of labor rules.
i am not sure if the two governments will "honor" whatever transpired outside its boundaries...
but if the company is decent enough, i suppose they must and they will.

February 17th, 2016 09:18 AM #7295Saw an altercation between a male Highlander XTRM male driver and a white Fortuner female driver along EDSA while we were crawling in traffic after the People Power Monument . The guy was saying something to the girl and when she stepped out of vehicle, she was more visibly upset and shouting at the guy who seemed more calm. Words were exchanged and by the time i was passing them, the guy turned around to walk back to his car then the girl ran after him, grabbed him from behind by the neck with her arms (parang ni-headlock) and dragged the guy back to her car. Oh well... keep cool on the road guys.
