Going thru some plans with the architect. Wonder if I missed out on anything.

Am focusing on electricals, water, storage and parking dimensions. I.e: Network ports locations, outdoor lighting, generator lines, cctv circuits and power, outdoor outlets both for power and water, solar generation, storage spaces, security and if the parking length is big enough to maneuver a typical sized van in.

The devil is in the details.

I leave interior design etc to the wife and architect/designer.

Your structural eng is ADA Alfilier? I recognize the logo. He is considered as the best for High End Residential Projects. I believe his clients are also Ed Calma, LV Locsin, and Conrad Onglao. He is also veryyyy expensive.

He says he excels in hilly site because he grew up in Baguio.

I heard the same from friends who work in SG. They don't like working with them.

Indians raised in the US, or at least got their masters/bachelors from there are more civil and professional compared to those coming from their mainland. They are willing to teach and share.

Why are panganays so caring of their siblings. My brother wanted me dead when we were younger (I just watched a show where the panganay had to sacrifice his studies to give way to the younger siblings) Hindi ba dapat yung panganay muna makatapos?

Agree with this. Got first hand experience with both coming from mainland and in US.

Yung mga nka work ko from mainland their code really sucks, pero i dont generalize ha, based on my experience lng yun. Kya yung mga malalaking projects are not scalable enough to maintained and extended.

Dun naman coming from US actually gusto nla yung work ethics ng pinoy, one of my employer before put up an IT development here.
