Only the ground floor is operational, supermarket, stalls,- but the pet shop is not there anymore - as they are doing rehabilitation work starting from second floor,- up...

Yup. The images are from 2014. Give it time. There will be updated images soon enough. The 2016 imagery have working 3D views.

If we kept the curtains and blinds closed during the day, the interior temperature remains in the mid 70's F during the day even though the A/C is off and it's in the 90's F outside. We can make do with just the ceiling fans and keep the central A/C off.

We can open up the curtains and blinds once the windows are under shadows.
