Damn kid (my youngest). I was pretty wild when I was young. But, I never broke the ashtray and right sun visor of my old man's car like she did. Heck. The doors of both our cars have dents right by where she sat.

To add merger and acquisition is the new game. Maturing businesses and saturated market are forcing the big players to buy out smaller competitions, hostile or not.

^^^ Yes, bro... We have been through it,- one division was sold to one company,- who just killed the products.... The other division was taken over by another company who's into product integration / total solution... After that, four more companies from 3 different continents were acquired... Such diverse nationalities and cultures, procedures, ways of doing business, systems et al trying to fit and intergrate into the corporate strategy....

Huge challenge as we try to support and serve all of them, while running our division....

BTW: Mergers and Acquisitions,- I have a niece in CA, working for eBay,- and she is doing just that.... Whew!

Best example locally are the banks, the past decade saw the absorption of many smaller banks by the bigger players. I expect the local petroleum industry to start with the mergers pretty soon as well - too many small players.

Honestly, i dont know why there are still useless companies out there with so many employees

Take for instance globe and smart, Kung anu-ano pa package ang innoffer sa call and text. It's social media age, people communicate thru fb, messengers even a game.

So many employees trying to make do with an old technology as old as the analog landline phone. Why not downsize now, para ma-improve service ng digital comms

    ----

And the banks, so many banks out there in the old age. in amercia, may free $100 ka to open an e-money account. Banks give $100 they get a spending customer using the emoney system

Take for example, las vegas. Magkarun ka ng free show + one show. When you buy it, you get another free with another offer, ehen you buy get another free. It's the new world thing. Dami nasa bangko ngaun nakaupo lang, tapos paggawa ka ng bank cert ambagal pa. Make it online !

Nope. PTT is Thailand's Petron equivalent.

Haven't checked when they'll be EU4 compliant, but honestly the industry isn't in a hurry. There's no market clamor for Euro 4, dito lang sa Tsikot big thing yan. Most people couldnt care less.

It's hard to believe there are starving people in the PH when the country is so bountiful. Throw a fruit seed away and if you leave it alone, it'll sprout into a fruit tree. Within a few years, it'll bear a lot of fruit.

Here where I am, throw a fruit seed away and within a few days, it's dust.

Hoping na hindi mapasabak sa traffic tomorrow on our way from las pinas to tagaytay. We'll leave at 5am. I hope it's early enough to avoid other vacationers.

It's been a while since I filled up with a full tank of gas (16 of 17.7 gallons) for less than $30.

Had my scratches removed at Washington Watches & jewelry ATC. It was a couple or so years ago. Forgot the exact price at the time (not expensive) pero it's nice to know na may gumagawa nun.
