^ speaking of which, there's a sudden rash of thievery in our village right now. 2 successive nights there's been a break-in and it's a bit alarming. some say it's because of the numerous house construction projects going on that's why there are considerably more outsiders w/in the village

sa mga las pineros ingat sa mga car jackers. a lady doctor's new hyundai tucson was jacked inside the parking lot of perpetual hospital a few days ago

That used to happen in AAV until they did not allow construction workers to sleep in anymore. Most of the cases happened when the construction finished. Years ago, the construction worker of our neighbor befriended my maid & I even saw a picture of them together in our backyard. I had him banned in the village.
