Wow, napaisip ako sa mga nasabi niyo. Hehe thanks for your inputs guys. Hindi naman po sa pagiging mapili or what, parang takot pa din ako lumabas sa comfort zone, or masyado ko lang kasi na eenjoy yung ganitong "phase". I have the time to do everything I wanted before na di ko magawa kaya ang dami ko excuses.

Parang iniiwasan ko kasi yung work na sa tingin ko eh mag ffail lang ako, yung di ko naman gusto gawin. Not that I don't want to try it, nakakatakot kasi mapagsabihan agad or mag fail ka sa mga test nila. Anyway, thanks again Tsikot peeps. At least alam ko yung opinions niyo about dito.

    Trabaho lang yan, wag personalin.

Inevitably at some point, all of us will experience failures and rejection.

Yun ang mag hone satin to become stronger, better and wiser.

"Life starts at the end of your comfort zone." Always and forever Ang paghahanap ng work hindi one hit jackpot yan, believe me.

He own's the land i will finance the construction and it was designed that we have our individual abode while the rest are common. Unfortunately, he lost his battle with the great C before we can start anything. 12 years later i went back to that dream but not anymore on a seaside but more closer to home, in Los Banos. Once in a while some people i know do use it just to cover my maintenance cost.

Cost me 8 digits which i think will never be recovered unless i sell it. But the feel of fulfilling my dream of having my own resort rest house is priceless.

Thanks for sharing! My kids went to a friend's rest house in los banos. It was amazing!

Yes its not about cost recovery and beach homes dont appreciate anywhere near as much as primary homes. But the priceless feeling you get that is what is driving me on.

WTF gapang ang traffic from C5 to Alabang SLEX.

This will only get worse in the next 5 years. Good luck to those who're planning to live in the south while still working in the CBDs.

Yeah. This is bonkers already. Quality of life has gone down dramatically for people like me who are stuck in traffic daily. And im lucky to have two drivers (one for me and one for wife / kids). And yet im still bitchin because 1.5-2hrs one way every day every month is no joke.

I dont even go out anymore because i dread the travel time. Hence im now into Karaoke at home hehehe to pass the time. Wonder if my neighbors will bang on my door soon.

Yup, southbound. Apparently it doesn't stop at Alabang. It builds up right after MCX until Southwoods.

I feel bad for my brother who I coaxed to drive for me with the expectation that he can have a bit of fun on the highway. Gigil na gigil tuloy ngayon hehe.

Makes me appreciate living in the center of the metro talaga..

Sir wala ka pong magagawa. Sooner or later reality will hit you and it's harder if it's later (older) kasi nandun na yun mga nasayang na panahon and you can't go back. Life is hard but also sweet. Wag ka pong tumakas. Harapin mo yun dapat mong gawin to make your life fruitful hindi po lahat nang gusto natin pwedeng mangyari. There are many things we don't want to do but we have to for our families sake and these sacrifices we do will make us strong and wiser in life. Do your job in life. You're here because you mean something to others.

Until now i still fail sir. And i think everyone still fails. Failure is everywhere it's how you get up and go on what matters. It's in trying that we succeed.

True. I shouldnt bitch so much considering how much harder it is for those less fortunate. But 3.5-4 hours stuck in traffic every day (thats both ways combined) still sucks. Super unproductive ang mga tao when stuck in traffic including myself. I can only imagine the economic and opportunity loss for our country.

Example: wanted to buy some plants today kaya lang tinamad dahil sa traffic. Sayang potential economic benefit for the retailers.
