Man i saw the news what happened at the disorderly city of makati. Im so happy i relocated at new manila quezon city

There are two kind of people in makati

The pretentious people of makati and the brazen squatters

I need a week or two to explain what i observe about this pretentious people. My english is still poor so i might ask some collegue to help me. An appetizer: only in makati when they talk in combined english and tagalog their accent is one of kind And if they talk tagalog as if they dont know the language to the point of stuttering. This is pretentiousness overload.

And now the squatters. Im bewildered where did they get their braziness to attack the police. Im not from america or china but if you do that you will get the long arm of the law. They dont care even you throw the racist card. You all saw what happened to the black juveinile. The police didnt give in to the drama. You also saw what happened to the prodemocray protester in hongkong. The hongkong police will smack, pepper spray, taser, rubber bullet you.

But in makati the police were the oppressed. hahaha!

Just got back from my car's servicing dealer. I was looking at some cars at the dealer's lot and saw a used 2012 Genesis R-spec. One of the sales associates offered a test drive.

I drove some distance to a freeway entrance and punched it. Silky smooth and being pinned to my seat at the same time. Wonderful feeling.

$25k for a 2012 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec...... It's really got me thinking.

This morning, it was more like two rows of Velosters and Elantras. But, I was focused more on the Azeras and the Genesis sedans.

Motor Trend had its numbers at 0-60 mph: 4.8 sec and 1/4 mile: 13.3 sec * 107.1 mph. That's about right. I was already doing the speed limit of 75 mph a quarter of the way in the merging ramp and that was a short ramp.

$25K for a 3-year old Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec is "only" P1.1M....

There's the big difference on car prices between the US and the Philippines!
