Whether or not to suspend my assistant (who is on probationary status) for being AWOL today. She sent a text earlier this morning saying she could not come to work due to a "family affair". When I asked what it was and why she only told me about it today, she said it was for her grandmother's death anniversary.

$%!*$*! So, I should stop my department from functioning every time somebody has a death anniversary?!? WTF!

Wala na vacancy mga hotel doon. December pa lang booked na halos lahat. So its either Friday 1115AM (Manila Cathedral) or Sunday 330PM (Luneta) pala ito.
