I just realized i haven't had a subway sandwich since last year.

I watched 2 episodes from CBC sa youtube about subway. 1st yung chicken fillet nila eh hindi 100% chicken, may halo na arina, the show compared chickens from many fast food at yung subway ang pinaka marami halo. Then yung wheat bread nila number 1 ingredients eh refined flour. Which means it's not true wheat bread. It got me thinking ano pa kayang ingredients ng subway ang tinitipid nila.

Pero I'll still eat subway, maybe I just won't expect it to be healthy.

Buti sana kung ganyan lang mga issue ko sa buhay - siksikan sa MRT, naulanan, pagod sa work at second hand smoke pero pag uwi sa bahay may sasalubong na nagmamahal but I have bigger problems. I'm the SOLE caregiver to my elderly family members, I have to defend my family's rights against an evil relative, I lost the job I love so much, I have health issues etc

no I won't go out pa rin. Sa Jan 2021 na, I am hoping that it will be safer na by that time.
