    For me, okay lang sa akin ms cath if you are still talking about your past...it’s what you are now ang importante, you can make all story of your past until magsawa ka...

    Just remember ms cath, meron pa rin lalake na babagay sayo eventually... maybe not today but sooner it will come...

    how the woman finds the entire affair, is not mentioned in the definition.
    but there is the innuendo, that the victim woman pledges everlasting loyalty to the casanova for the rest of her life...

    My fat lab, I miss hugging her. Maliit kasi yung dog here and can't make lamutak. I hope she loves all her pasalubong

    I also miss my freedom in Manila. I can't even take a walk or drive here alone.

    hIIT ang dapat gawin mo High Intensity Interval Training

    30 seconds low intensity, 30 seconds high intensity

    Then next exercise

    If you dont believe me, test mo 1:30 minutes, if your mind is wandering half of the time, no effect.

    HIIT doesnt allow you to think much. In this exercise, the mind follows the body. Pag other way around kasi, body follows the mind. No sense, because the mind loves to operate at peace.
