We could have been there at the same time hehehe. Met a lot of people there. I wonder what happened to those guys now.

17 when I started hanging out at cable car
I love cable rice. But I enjoyed Venezia the most. It's so crowded it's just bodies rubbing against each other
We were told that there were high class prostitutes hanging out in New world wearing our school uniform (not sure if HS or college) That was in the 90s. That's why no school pin is considered no uniform [emoji14]

16 for me, first year in college. Cable is where I first tried Budweiser and decided that San Mig Pale Pilsen is the only way to go for me (Bud tasted like pee), with the occasional Absolut Blue & Tanqueray when in the mood.
That's one of the best reasons to go there hahaha!

Very early 40s. Mostly beer ako (and only Pale Pilsen - I love the taste!), luckily maliit pa lang ang beer belly hahaha! Hard stuff, I stick to colorless alcohol - no hangovers for me, and I prefer the taste.
Drinking with guys, a suitably high tolerance for alcohol is a must hehehe!

Gin bulag, Jesus Christ hahaha! Very harsh on the throat, but it's available everywhere. That's what we used to get drunk on when budget was tight (month-end, no allowance yet).
Mixing is ok, as long as you take the hard drink first, then wash it down with beer. Mixing them before drinking is a sure way to get drunk FAST lol!
For me, drinking is all about the company as much as it is about enjoying the libations. Even if one drinks alone (like I mostly do nowadays) - I find that I enjoy MY company more than a lot of people's hehehe!
