    Congrats sir. Are you a product of UST or UP ? Understand now that there should be 2 yrs OJT before taking the board for archi, is that true? If yes, why so ?

    If you don't mind sagutin ko na lang. yes it's true as per the IRR of RA 9266. pre-licensure experience of 2 yrs is required of an archi graduate before to taking the licensure exam. Why??? AFAIK, para daw kuno magkaroon ng variation of experiences in the different phases of architectural service.

    Man, that's a lot of hours. Wondering hindi nalang itinulad sa engineering na pagkagraduate, review tapos kuha na ng board exam.

    I miss driving in the snow (winter NY, 2008-2009). The old Sonata did pretty well for a FWD car. ESC did wonders for stability. I had music replace the wife's screams. She's the one who had to go to work, not me.
