Viper888 what's the minimum square meters I should set aside for storage space (cabinets, pantry, sports items, garden tools, etc), for a beach house? Am doing a review of the plans and just wanna make sure I don't miss anything. Kinda OT. But since you talked about graduating from architecture........
No minimum, depends on use. Id recommend a big door, a roll up or double door (swing out).
Maybe minimum is 3x4m. I would separate the food pantry from the storage. The food pantry should connect to the dirty or main kitchen. The storage usually connects to the garage. I would say 6x6 would be the maximum unless you want to stock up like a doomsday prepper. A space the size of a parking slot would be ideal.
I would split the storages though. Food storage, workers storage (for gardening and etc), and personal storage (sports stuff snd etc) would be ideally separate

If you don't mind sagutin ko na lang. yes it's true as per the IRR of RA 9266. pre-licensure experience of 2 yrs is required of an archi graduate before to taking the licensure exam. Why??? AFAIK, para daw kuno magkaroon ng variation of experiences in the different phases of architectural service.
I miss my childhood buddies and the times we shared when the only nagging problem was "laging kulang ang datung".....
