AUV's are supposed to be practical workhorses and a "luxury" AUV is just contradicting, not to mention that the Innova V and G are already priced close to entry level SUV's such as the Montero GLX and the base model MUX

Aside from condo units, house and lot from subdivisions like Camella. From my tita's experience ayoko siguro when it comes to my own house e may susundin akong specifications from them. Alam ko ganun talaga dun, I just don't like it.
It is repairable. But as oj88 mentioned, it is messy (when repaired) and best used as a last resort.
